Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure flawless launch within the defined project scope,
quality, timing and cost constraints
• Lead multi-functional project teams, to meet customer and business expectations for performance, quality, capability, budget and timing
• Plan projects for new product launches and running changes, according to New Product Introduction process (NPI) phases 3-6
• Drive functional teams (Engineering/manufacturing/procurement, etc) to review regularly on critical paths, and facilitate the phase exit review and ensure the flawless launch
• Accountable for planning and achievement of expected target for the projects (Timing, Cost/OpInc, CAPEX, Capacity, PPM, …)
• Identify the running programs changes and risks and conduct with mitigation plans
• Communicate directly with customers to align timing plans, share schedule risk information, and escalate critical issues
• Report the status of projects to the customer and internal organization, escalating issues through defined processes
• Co-ordinate with SBM team and plant for ODT, PPAP and SOP and complete hand-over process.
• Capture lesson-learnt and conduct the program closure of completed programs
• Prepare and issue key control documentation, and ensure confidentiality of commercially sensitive information, and compliance to business procedures
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, Technical/Business or Equivalent
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple goals of time, cost and quality
• Experience in program management (commercial vehicles is a plus)
• Knowledge/Trained in project management tools and techniques. Familiar with project management software
• Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of internal functional team and external suppliers & customers
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Customer and result driven
• Excellent business mindset and sense of urgency
• Self accountability to goal achievement and quick learner
• Strong leadership and influence skills
