Kalman & Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager. This position would support a program on-site at the Pentagon. Candidates must live within a 15-30 mile radius of the Pentagon to be considered. This position is tied to a proposal effort. The salary range for this position is $125K/yr-$195K/yr. An Active Secret Clearance is required.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to task requirements.
- Formulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues impacting the successful delivery of capability.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
- Serve as point of contact for the CO and the COR.
- Be available to the CO and COR via telephone and email during normal duty hours and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
Minimum Requirements:
- US citizenship is required.
- An Active Secret Clearance is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- A Master's in Business or Engineering
- PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management Certification
- Must live within a 15-30 mile radius of the Pentagon
- Be available to the CO and COR via telephone and email during normal duty hours and respond to inquiries within 24 hours
Skills Required
