Maintains accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, validates shipments, and ensures equipment is stored and shipped correctly. Requires physical lifting, standing, attention to detail, forklift certification eligibility, U.S. work authorization, and successful completion of a National Agency Check for base and system access.

Tracks inventory and shipments using a warehouse management system, verifies quantities and documentation, and maintains accurate storage locations. Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions. U.S. citizenship and successful National Agency Check are required; military supply experience and warehouse equipment experience are preferred.

Lead a large, multi-site DoD program supporting Navy chemical and biological defense, damage control, firefighting, and anti-terrorism readiness. Manage 160+ personnel, shipboard engineering and alteration installations, logistics, inventory, budgets, schedules, quality assurance, labor compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee program documentation, CDRLs, QAPPs, KPIs, cost projections, readiness assessments, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma. Significant CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.

Supports defense IT portfolio modernization through requirements analysis, business process reengineering, enterprise and application architecture, systems mapping, technology evaluations, application consolidation, and technical gap analysis. Evaluates emerging AI and machine learning capabilities, commercial and government software, and program management tools. Provides technical support for IT governance, security reviews, audit compliance, BCAC processes, Oracle EBS, and phased modernization strategies.

Designs graphics and interactive web or mobile interfaces using Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling tools. Creates multimedia assets, interactive layouts, and rendered content while applying industry and government standards. Requires collaboration supporting a government contract proposal and prior government contracting experience. The role is onsite in Falls Church, Virginia.

Develop strategic communications plans, outreach campaigns, communication strategies, and tactical execution plans for high-visibility government events. Interview subjects on MEDCOM-related topics and produce executive speeches, feature stories, public information, briefings, and social media content for varied stakeholders. Evaluate campaign performance, recommend improvements to stakeholder collaboration, and deliver monthly status reports covering operational tracking, metrics, and reporting data.
