Produce high-quality user and developer documentation and tutorials for Marine Corps programs. Work with internal teams to understand products, maintain information architecture, analyze content reuse, and perform IETM conversions. Create UI text, online help, and technical publications tailored to intended audiences.

Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot IR instrumentation (FTIR/IRLS); identify atmospheric and compound spectral signatures; perform spectroscopy analyses, reporting, and briefings; develop GIS routines (GDAL/ENVI) for Google Earth/ESRI products; support AI model training/test set creation and interface spectroscopy outputs with software tools; advise government clients on instrumentation and results.

Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) integrated with SharePoint. Build custom Python and JavaScript components, automate workflows, administer SharePoint repositories, provide training and continuity planning, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable knowledge-management solutions aligned with DoW and Federal governance.

Lead cost, affordability, and schedule analyses supporting USMC and DHS acquisitions. Produce LCCEs, BCAs, EAs, AoAs, APB inputs, cost databases, and budget forecasts. Coordinate with stakeholders, defend analyses, develop acquisition strategies, evaluate contracting options, prepare briefings, and support program milestone decisions using EVM and cost-estimating tools.

Lead data science and analytics efforts for a DoD client: architect and implement data analytics solutions, collect and normalize complex data, build Power BI dashboards and predictive models, document data quality, and present findings. Work closely with stakeholders and support on-site delivery in Quantico and Stafford, VA.

Provide executive-level systems engineering leadership for Army C5ISR products across the system lifecycle, lead complex integration and interoperability efforts, identify and mitigate program-level risks, drive C5ISR innovation, represent the program at technical forums, and mentor the systems engineering team, ensuring compliance with DoD guidance and IEEE 1220 standards.

Provide comprehensive program management for a large Army C5ISR program: oversee contractors/subcontractors, manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, lifecycle costing, conduct manpower assessments, and deliver weekly/quarterly status briefings to Government leadership. Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement and direct teams to meet program objectives. Contingent position; local to APG, MD.
