Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager of Apparel Merchandising will be responsible for the development and execution of retail merchandising across all retail channels. The channels will consist of the indirect dealer channel, Local Marketing and all related departments. The team will support Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile ensuring all merchandising tactics are created and distributed to retail to support product and promotional campaigns. The Senior Project Manager will ensure the communications and operations of the team are effective for the best execution in stores. The role will direct merchandising directives, tactical creative development and print production and distribution. In addition oversee the team's order management systems which help to serve retailers with apparel and additional accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define seasonal apparel lines for three tiers of assortment.
- Design seasonal merchandise, accessories, and swag.
- Build and manage vendor and partner relationships.
- Negotiate pricing to optimize Sell-In and Sell-Through performance.
- Oversee invoice communication with the finance team and peers.
- Manage the intake order process and present quarterly strategic plans to leadership.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years on merchandising experience or similar role
- Project management experience highly desired
- Experience in retail merchandising materials a plus
- Apparel merchandising and a line planning experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced in accessories merchandising and line planning.
- Led teams of project managers to develop and deliver retail merchandising tactics.
- Subject matter expert in field merchandising ideation, recommending materials, tactics, and production methods.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player, partnering effectively with internal departments like Brand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Legal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Google Suite tools.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
