  • Manage a portion of the Productivity portfolio milestones and contribute to business rhythms (quarterly/annual planning, biweekly portfolio reporting, monthly/quarterly business reviews).

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, define timeframes, prioritize tasks, and ensure requirements are completed.

  • Identify needed resources (people, technology, partners), monitor progress against milestones, and keep stakeholders informed of changes.

  • Lead increasingly complex technical projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders to develop solutions and drive decisions.

  • Create clear, concise, and well-structured communication materials (policies, guidelines, presentations, messages) tailored to different audiences.

Required qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting or implementing AI tooling in a productivity or workplace context.

  • Proven ability to define and deliver against requirements, develop project schedules, and prioritize work to meet milestones.

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring progress, managing risks and mitigation plans, and communicating status to stakeholders.

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, synthesize varied perspectives, and contribute to solution development.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience simplifying complex/technical information for different audiences, including mid-level management.

  • Demonstrated understanding of functional information (e.g., data/metrics, technical or regulatory information) and ability to accurately answer related questions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Workplace/End-User Productivity programs (endpoints, devices, SaaS lifecycle: migration, adoption, and deprecation).

  • Track record of driving process improvement: identifying bottlenecks, re-using patterns, and simplifying workflows across organizational boundaries.

  • Experience applying a whole-systems approach (people, process, technology, structure) to analyze issues and design solutions.

  • Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, from idea to launch, and improving product performance based on data.

  • Ability to build stakeholder trust, help customers explore broader business challenges, and connect program work to business objectives.

  • Experience compiling and analyzing data on process changes to demonstrate impact and inform decisions.
