The opportunity
As Program Manager – Global Claims Modernisation Program, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a global transformation program that is shaping the future of claims at QBE. Working across regions and divisions, you'll help bring structure, clarity and alignment to a complex program while enabling informed decision-making and strong execution.
Your new role
Supporting the Head of Program Management, you will coordinate governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities across the Global Claims Modernisation Program.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate program governance, planning and reporting activities across the global program
Produce high-quality program reporting, including status updates, financials, risks and milestone tracking
Prepare executive-ready presentations, meeting materials and decision papers
Consolidate and analyse inputs from multiple stakeholders to create integrated program views
Build strong relationships across business, technology, finance, governance and delivery teams
Drive continuous improvement of program management processes, tools and ways of working
About you
You are a highly organised and proactive program professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights. Comfortable working across global teams, you enjoy building relationships, influencing outcomes and helping large-scale transformation programs deliver meaningful business impact.
Key requirements
Proven experience in program management, PMO or consulting roles within large, complex organisations
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate effectively
Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations and governance materials
Strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs within matrixed environments
Consulting, insurance and/or claims experience will be highly regarded
