Blizzard is on a quest to find a Program Manager with sharp eyes and mad organizational skills. Someone who takes a proactive approach to assist in building world class creatives and helps to implement processes to feed a ravenous content pipeline.

This individual will partner with talented teams working cross-functionally with our internal Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, App Store Optimization, and Owned Channel stakeholders, while building best-in-class creative content that honors our commitment to quality and fun. This Program Manager will join the Brand Marketing team and support the production and delivery of assets with external agencies as well as partnering with internal creative services teams.

The right candidate must have the ability to think ahead, work independently, but also contribute cross-functionally to benefit the business, driving engagement and acquisition. While impeccable program and project management skills sit at the core of this role, this individual can also contribute at the strategic level to aid in competitive research and creative optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external partner agencies, internal production, and creative services, leading the overall creative brief process and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, manage, and support content for acquisition and brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with Growth and Brand teams to track creative performance, optimizing as needed to improve KPIs as needed.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables align with best practices and specifications.
  • Resource Management: Gather, save, and route supporting information and assets into individual tickets and requests across cross-functional teams.
  • QA / QC creative assets and provide direction/clarification to vendors for day-to-day programs.
  • Route creative assets to internal legal and localization teams for review and approval.
  • Package up and delivery of all final files and backups to sites and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Entertainment or gaming background preferred.
  • Proactive nature to identify and flag issues
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Must be able to multitask multiple creative programs simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and Docs to track all work in progress

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
