Integration Program Manager I

Job Summary:

The Integration Program Manager I is responsible for supporting one or more complex, multi-million-dollar programs, driving on-time delivery, achieving key business metrics, implementing process improvements, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective site execution. This role collaborates directly with program managers, sales, supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams to understand and fulfill customer business objectives, enabling and executing production readiness. The manager ensures a seamless on-site customer experience by coordinating all necessary activities for engagements with sales and operational leaders for on-site visits.
 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site activities with sales associates to support customer visits, aligning with key management, arranging conference rooms, and general support activities to ensure flawless execution of site visits. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective planning, and organizational skills.
  • Supports program management team with key tasks and activities required to achieve key requirements, deliverables and performance metrics.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, when interacting with stakeholders.
  • Support productivity, process control, resource management, and consistent business practices across teams, collaborating with support organizations to meet customer service level expectations.
  • Facilitate product line execution at the site, ensuring timely delivery to customers through a variety of supporting tasks and activities.
  • Drive collaboration with production, engineering, logistics, supply chain, contracts, quality, and New Product Introduction teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist the customer focus team with regular program execution engagements, including program standups, internal reviews, and metric assessments to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Support the introduction and transition of new products and platforms into production, coordinating with production control and management to provide ramp-up modeling and ensure 100% production readiness.
     

Job Level Specifications:

  • Engage with subordinates, supervisors, customers/clients, functional peer group managers, and senior management to drive program success.
  • Participate in and able to present at meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning and a sound understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Approach problem-solving proactively, referring to established policies and practices as needed to determine optimal solutions.
  • Interact with management and professionals within the department and organization, and may represent the department externally on projects or with clients.
  • Actions directly impact departmental and organizational success; failure to achieve objectives may result in project delays, revenue loss, or the necessity for additional resources.

Work Experience:

  • Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
