Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Program Management Specialist in Orlando, FL. The Program Management Specialist will provide planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination assistance for a small team in support of a large DoD program. The candidate will collect information and manage tracking of contract-related MIPRs, CDRLs, and cost information for the contract. This person will draft word processing, specialized spreadsheets and trackers, charts and graphics utilizing Microsoft Office products for Government review and approval. Create or modify presentations both electronically and printed as called for. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist and facilitates execution of activities by tracking and managing issues and resolution, funding management, and contracted services/products.
  • Assist with program acquisition and financial matters associated within the portfolios.
  • Draft various contracting documents and ensure that documentation successfully goes through the pipeline.
  • Support current and future program capabilities requirements.
  • Support assigned project meetings, reviews, and technical interchanges as required.
  • Draft factsheets, presentations, technical analysis, and graphics, as required.
  • Provide feedback on the program acquisition and financial analysis approaches.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ideal candidate is flexible, able to multi-task, and mission focused.
  • PMP Certification preferred but not necessary.
