When you work as a Program Management Coordinator at KCAS Bio, you further our mission by assisting in the delivery, coordination, and management of client projects and programs. 

 

The Program Management Coordinator will, under the guidance of a Team Lead/Senior Program Manager or Manager, work closely with the operations Sr. Directors, Pl's, and Business Development to provide overall client satisfaction and management of already contracted work.

In this role, we will rely on you to:

  • Manage a workload of Tier 1 clients, along with an occasional Tier 2 or Tier 3 client 
  • Interact closely with client and provide overall goals and objectives of clients’ needs to operations through formal communication and monitoring of projects 
  • Interact with operations and business development to keep all parties well informed of project status, elevating any risks to the project/client 
  • Work with clients and operations to satisfy clients objectives and timeline needs 
  • Liaise with client/ central lab for key sample receipt dates 
  • Liaise with client to understand/track key deliverable dates 
  • Responsible for providing bi-weekly/monthly email updates to client 
  • Responsible for tracking scheduling of activities 
  • Schedule ad hoc teleconferences with client, if needed 
  • Responsible for inputting project timelines into Holmes 
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned 

To qualify specifically for this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred 
  • 1-2 years’ educational or professional experience in an analytical, bioanalytical, biomarkers, or related discipline strongly preferred
  • Background in CRO, BioPharma, or Mass Spec is a plus 
  • Detail oriented and follows-through with tasks and initiatives. 
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to be a quick thinker and communicator
  • Ability to identify and work proactively to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many projects at once 
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills 
  • A polished, professional style and a high-level of enthusiasm, and productivity 
  • Perform all aspects of job in a way that supports company brand and supports company mission, vision, and values 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate across functions successfully 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
