Program Lead

Honeywell UOP Korea is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Program Lead) to support the execution of Modular projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from proposal handover through execution and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Modular, FastFEED, and EPF projects from project kickoff through successful completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction activities.
• Manage project scope, risks, opportunities, and change control processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure project execution aligns with UOP standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions when required.
• Lead project reviews and communicate project status to management and customers.
• Support proposal, planning, and resource forecasting activities for upcoming projects.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or engineering execution.
• Experience managing EPC, Modular, Process Plant, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, Energy, or Industrial projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and CORA application.
• Experience with FastFEED, Modular Plant, or Mega Project execution.
• Experience working with global project teams across multiple regions.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
