Be a part of the Legal Entity Controller team responsible for various financial reporting functions for Korea Securities Branch.
As a Finance - Legal Entity Controller (12-month contract) within our Legal Entity Controller team for Korea Securities Branch, you will be responsible for various financial reporting functions for Korea Securities Branch. These financial reporting functions include such things as monthly LEC attestations, various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. Also, it oversight the integrity of the financial statements and regulatory reporting of Securities branch and partners with the regional controllers to ensure that the Legal Entity Control Standards are applied consistently across the legal entities.This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended.
Job responsibilities:
• Account Payable processing ;
• Prepare regulatory returns and financial report of the Securities ;
• Partner with various teams (product control, business managers, operations, etc.) to manage the implementation of new/ revised regulatory returns;
• Impact analysis / gap analysis for new regulations and product rollout;
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
• Accounting and/or Finance background with sound technical and business knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Korean with strong verbal and written communications skills
• Good team player
