Own the design and continuous improvement of how the Core Modernisation program operates. This role ensures strong alignment on outcomes by establishing effective ways of working and enablement practices that support high performing delivery teams.
About the role
Lead program enablement and people-centric change initiatives, ensuring aligned planning and strong adoption.
Own and continuously evolve the operating model, embedding clear roles, accountability, and effective ways of working.
Uplift team and leadership capability through coaching, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture, enhancing engagement, delivery rhythm, and team experience.
Drive continuous improvement using insights to strengthen performance, delivery effectiveness, and team health.
Ensure enablement supports knowledge continuity and sustainable delivery practices.

About you
Extensive experience in program enablement, PMO, and change leadership within large, complex enterprise delivery environments
Proven ability to lead people through change and embed new ways of working
Strong understanding of operating models, delivery frameworks, and governance
Demonstrated capability in coaching leaders and building high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to translate strategy into practical, people-led outcomes

What We Do
The Reserve Bank of Australia is Australia's central bank.
