Program Development
Supports program scoping, cost estimation, and schedule development.
Evaluates manufacturing routes, performs risk and cost analysis, oversees review and release of technical documentation.
Program Execution
Manages end-to-end program execution independently.
Leads risk mitigation, perform contract review, ensures compliance and contract deliverables.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
Vendor Management
Builds and manages strategic supplier relationships.
Supports qualification and development of key vendors to support growth and reliability.
Cost & Efficiency
Analyzes performance metrics, implements lean improvements, and drives cost reduction initiatives.
Maintains accurate routing standards to ensure accurate costing
Leadership & Collaboration
Leads cross-functional alignment; mentors junior engineers.
Serves as technical liaison for customers and vendors; supports strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education
B.S. required, M.S. preferred
Preferred Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience.
Proven project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced manufacturing knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced CAD and analytical proficiency; strong communication and presentation skills
ERP/MRP experience; proven leadership and decision-making skills.
The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
