The role manages projects that may exceed $5 million and partners with portfolio and plant leadership to align investments with business priorities.

Designs, implements, supports, and improves OT systems across manufacturing environments, including SCADA/HMI, gateways, PLC connectivity, and network segmentation. Provides onsite IT support for Windows/Linux systems, endpoints, servers, identity management, networking, backups, and virtualization. Responds to incidents, troubleshoots IT/OT hardware and software, documents changes, supports root cause analysis, and participates in on-call rotations and maintenance windows.

Leads commercial execution and profitable growth for Materion’s Americas Performance Materials business. Oversees regional sales, customer service, technical service, and distribution teams; develops go-to-market strategies; manages forecasts, budgets, pricing, and pipeline development; builds customer and industry relationships; supports product innovation; and develops high-performing talent across matrixed global organizations.

Leads chemical product and process development across multiple sites, including new kit evaluation, formulation adjustments, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical support. Develops SOPs, work instructions, FMEAs, control plans, and safety reviews; manages chemical projects, evaluates equipment, supports patent activities, and prepares data-driven reports. Collaborates with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Product Line Management while mentoring junior technical staff. Travel of up to 20–25% may be required.

Develops tantalum and niobium alloys and processing methods in an industrial R&D environment. The role involves designing and conducting experiments, coordinating projects, applying process improvement methods, analyzing materials using microscopy and related techniques, collaborating with production and external suppliers, supporting product lines, and protecting intellectual property.

Performs cost accounting for a manufacturing facility, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, inventory audits, and standard cost maintenance. Supports internal and external audits, ensures US GAAP compliance, and provides backup support for other plants. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least three years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably SAP and manufacturing accounting experience.

Serve as electrical project lead, specify equipment, integrate controls (PLCs/HMIs/DCS/SCADA), oversee installation/commissioning, perform troubleshooting, ensure code compliance, develop standards and arc flash studies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provides administrative and data-management support to Primary Operations leadership and plant stakeholders. Maintains document-control systems, regulatory permits, training records, and filing systems; manages purchasing and payment activities using SAP and ARIBA; prepares reports and dashboards; coordinates meetings, training rooms, communications, visitors, vendors, and regulatory correspondence; and supports departmental projects and compliance activities.

Provides engineering leadership for manufacturing process control, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, equipment reliability, quality, cost, throughput, and product development. Leads technical teams, root cause investigations, corrective actions, process metrics, equipment improvements, and manufacturing implementation for new products. Requires a chemical engineering degree, 5–10 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, Green Belt certification, and export compliance eligibility. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Leads product strategy and portfolio growth by increasing sales, profitability, and market share. Manages customer relationships, analyzes markets and competitors, develops pricing and sales strategies, coordinates with sales and technical teams, and identifies new market opportunities. The role also oversees marketing communications, provides technical customer support, evaluates business performance, and collaborates with international and cross-functional teams.

Designs, programs, installs, modifies, and repairs electrical control systems and manufacturing automation. Develops schematics, PLC/HMI programs, technical calculations, equipment scopes, and acceptance criteria. Collaborates with SCADA and MES vendors, IT, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability, product quality, process yield, and data management. Requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent automation technician experience and at least five years in manufacturing.

Drives manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production equipment, designing and commissioning new machinery, developing equipment criteria, coordinating with operators and multidisciplinary engineering teams, evaluating suppliers, preparing estimates and schedules, and supervising contractors. The role operates in a capital-intensive metals manufacturing environment and requires compliance with applicable safety codes and export-control regulations.
