Lead quality system activities to meet objectives: develop quality metrics, lead problem-solving (8D/5 Why/7D), drive process improvements via SPC and automation, manage nonconforming material process, support customer audits, and back up Quality Manager.

Drive profitable sales growth for Performance Alloys & Composites across assigned markets (notably Semiconductor), manage key customer relationships, develop capture plans and value propositions, coordinate internal stakeholders, maintain CRM forecasts/reports, support contracting and collections, and continuously learn product lines to win high-margin business.

Operate and set up roll grinding and machining equipment to produce parts to blueprints; perform precision layout, measuring, gauging, dye checks, tool sharpening, and maintain housekeeping and safety. Follow SOPs, continuous improvement suggestions, and EPA hazardous waste disposal requirements.

Plan, administer, and supervise environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance. Lead local EHS efforts, identify and mitigate hazards, enforce procedures, support reporting and outreach, advise management, and support local EHS staff to achieve safety and environmental objectives.
