Position: Program Analyst, Junior
Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Junior to support New Business initiatives and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities within PMA-209. This role provides administrative, analytical, and programmatic support to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of acquisition and FMS efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with program management, engineering, and government stakeholders in a dynamic environment supporting the development and delivery of critical defense capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:
- Team with other program management and engineering professionals in direct support of platform capability development and fielding.
- Review and track technical deliverables and case documentation for accuracy and completeness such as Letters of Request (LOR) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
- Track project schedules across affiliated program Integrate Product Team (IPTs).
- Coordinate updates to programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Draft technical and administrative correspondence for IPT review and submission.
- Prepare program status summaries and presentations.
- Schedule future team technical events, coordinates team travel and prepares travel estimates.
- Attend meetings, reviews, and conferences as required and prepare meeting minutes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and less than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning.
- Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs or Department of Defense acquisition programs.
