Program Analyst Intern

The Program Analyst Intern role supports the identification of commercial opportunities from our sales team, follow up with the owners and once approved share it with AWS.

Also, the intern will be responsible for recording sales opportunities, organizing, and maintaining accurate information within the company and partner’s systems, ensuring that data remains reliable and accessible to support administrative and operational decision-making. 

Key responsibilities:

• Enter information into digital systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of captured data.
• Responsible for ensuring that captured information is accurately updated and properly organized within databases and digital systems.
• Analyzing and identifying new opportunities that meet the requirements for data entry and ensuring their proper integration into databases and digital systems
• Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information. 

You are:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, ideally supported by knowledge of data management and digital tools
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) to organize, validate, and prepare data prior to system entry
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accurate data capture and error prevention
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and clarify information when needed
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
