Productivity Buyer

We are looking for a PRODUCTIVITY BUYER to join us in defining and driving material productivity, re-sourcing, logistics, and VPS strategies.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Define and implement technical/re- sourcing/logistics/VPS materials productivities and reservoir in line with budget requirements, in collaboration with the segment organization

• Support the commodity organization (Segment Leaders) to implement the purchasing strategy and reach the site negotiation objectives

• Drive in front of the Material Steering Committee material productivity actions and brings suppliers in, in line with budget timing

• Monitor Supplier Relationship wherever assigned the Role of Key Account Purchasing (KAP) for a given supplier, when not covered by Group Commodity organisation

• Implement Group Worldwide materials standards in the site (s)

• Build up the site (s) budget together with the site Purchasing manager and in liaison with the Segment Leaders

• Implement mitigation action plan at site level (Logistic, Financial, Quality)

• Strictly apply the Valeo procedures and follow V5000 Supplier Integration axis Standards (internal referential, certifications, procedures, purchasing tools, information systems)

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• Master/Barchelor degree in technical area or business OR related experience

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain nice to have

• Fluent English

• Automotive experience & knowledge of products and technology preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player, decision making personality

• Ability to work in matrix organization

• a variable bonus of up to 35,000 CZK every 6 months based on company and team results

• contribution to the pension insurance after the probation period, 5% from the gross salary,  max. 4,166 CZK per month
