Our client is a high-technology manufacturing company seeking an experienced professional to join its production team.
Take overall responsibility for operations within the production workshop.
Allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth production flow, machine operation, and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor and enforce safety procedures related to personnel, machinery, and products in the assigned production areas.
Follow the production plan closely and ensure output meets defined targets.
Conduct training and provide technical guidance to workshop staff.
Ensure clear communication of safety requirements and product quality standards to machine operators and relevant departments.
Manage and supervise external contractors and outsourced workers working in the workshop.
Ensure all departments are adequately equipped with machinery to avoid production interruptions.
Participate in developing and improving manufacturing processes and workshop procedures.
Maintain daily production records, documents, and workshop-related files.
Prepare and submit weekly production progress reports to management.
Report, investigate, and support corrective actions for non-conforming products and workshop-related incidents.
Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
RequirementsRequirements
Graduate from a technical vocational school or an equivalent qualification.
Completed a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training in mechanical engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical workshop or manufacturing environment.
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Proven ability to operate and program CNC machines, with solid technical knowledge of CNC systems.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
