Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
  • Take overall responsibility for workshop operations, including workforce allocation, production procedures, safety compliance, and machine operation efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards for personnel, machinery, and products within the assigned production area.
  • Conduct training and development programs for production workers to enhance skills and operational awareness.
  • Ensure clear communication of safety requirements and product quality standards between operators and relevant departments.
  • Manage all outsourced or contract personnel working within the production area, including general workers.
  • Ensure all necessary manufacturing equipment is properly prepared and maintained to avoid disruption in production processes.
  • Conduct research and support the development and improvement of plant operating procedures.
  • Maintain and organize production documentation and daily workshop records.
  • Prepare and submit weekly production progress reports to the Manager.
  • Report, investigate, and analyze all non-conformance issues and incidents related to machine shop operations.


Requirements
  • At least college degree or higher.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields such as mechanical, chemical, or heat treatment engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), minimum TOEIC 650.
