Supervise welding production and quality activities, including in-process inspection, welding documentation, certifications, non-destructive testing, and customer or third-party coordination. What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Sound knowledge on GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW and SAW and capability to implement appropriately according to welding projects.
  • Expertise in managing quality related activity & planning in-process inspection and coordination.
  • Extensive knowledge in documentation as well as maintenance relevant reference standards of welding inspection (WPS, PQR, WPQ, WQTC)
  • Perfect knowledge over all Non-destructive testing formats to attain all kind of customer requirements .
  • Strong relationship management and communication skill with an ability to identify and network with clients/contractor/third party inspector/consultants/vendors.
  • Strong knowledge on 5S , Six sigma , 7QC & 8D ANALYSIS .

  • Academic background in [B.E Mechanical/ Equivalent]
  • Previous experience in or with [6 to 7 Years of Experience]
  • Skills [Should have IWE certificate, Control of welding process, Handle complete dept certifications]
  • Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: [ Research and processing the new development jobs for robotic Welding.]

Skills Required

  • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 6 to 7 years of experience
  • IWE certificate
  • Knowledge of welding process control
  • Ability to manage complete department certifications
  • Knowledge of GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and SAW welding processes
  • Experience with welding inspection documentation, including WPS, PQR, WPQ, and WQTC
  • Knowledge of non-destructive testing methods
  • Ability to research and process new robotic welding development jobs
