Title: PPC Officer (Production Planning & Control)
Location: Aurangabad (On-site)
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Operations Executive Assistant
Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per order commitments.
Coordinate with the sales, design, stores, and production teams to align plans and prevent delays.
Track raw material and in-process inventory availability to ensure timely job execution.
Maintain master production schedules, monitor load vs. capacity, and escalate bottlenecks.
Update and maintain job-wise status and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) tracking.
Generate MIS reports on production performance, plan vs. actual, and pending jobs.
Participate in daily production review meetings and implement schedule adjustments.
Support in optimizing WIP, reducing idle time, and improving shopfloor coordination.
Ensure real-time visibility of production status to cross-functional teams.
RequirementsJob Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in production planning & control in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with job card tracking, material planning, and order management.
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Proficiency in Excel, ERP/Zoho Creator, and reporting dashboards
Clarity in communication and ability to coordinate across departments
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Exposure to gauge manufacturing or job-order-based manufacturing is a plus
Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Should have an understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement culture
Willing to work extended hours during peak load if required
