Production Operative - Double Shifts

Salary: Starting £14.60 per hour + Benefits
Shifts: Monday - Friday (45 hours per week)
Week 1 : 5:30am – 2:30pm
Week 2 : 2:30pm – 11:30pm

At Marley, we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our well-established team in Burton-on-Trent.
You may already have experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing, but whatever your background, if you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you. So, what's the mission?
You'll operate a variety of manual and semi-automated machinery, use hand-powered tools, and, where qualified, operate mobile plant such as Forklift Trucks to move materials and finished products safely around the site. You'll also support the wider team with general site upkeep, including housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and other maintenance tasks to help maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

What are the mission-critical skills?
- Experience working within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Experience operating semi-automated machinery or robotic equipment (desirable)
- Basic computer skills (preferred but not essential)
- A current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong team-player mentality and positive attitude
- A commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
