Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality concrete products, performing manual handling, using powered tools and mechanical handling equipment, meeting safety, quality, waste and OEE targets, and supporting continuous improvement on a shift rota.

Lead the Business Partnering finance team, shape finance strategy, deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and governance, improve processes and automation, develop talent, and provide commercial insight to senior leaders to support decision-making and drive business performance.

Manage engineering spare parts and stores across two sites to support asset reliability, inventory accuracy and KPI targets. Maintain organised, safe, cost-effective stores, use CMMS and inventory systems, liaise with engineering teams, and support prevention of equipment failure.

Plan and organise transport routes, coordinate with internal teams and external haulage partners, balance service, cost and efficiency, liaise with drivers and operations, and ensure safe, timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service in a complex logistics environment.

Manage and grow key housebuilder and main contractor accounts across a regional patch; influence specification and procurement, lead negotiations, engage pre-construction and design teams, track projects using Barbour ABI, and drive profitable product mix and margins.

Operate press, shot-blast and other plant equipment to produce concrete landscaping products within a shift-based team. Follow health and safety procedures, move stock with forklifts, use basic computer systems, and participate in training and development to progress within the grading structure.

Lead and support the site engineering team to deliver safe, efficient production through proactive maintenance, asset reliability, KPI delivery, continuous improvement, and team development. Deputise for the Engineering Manager and support engineering planning, CMMS, stores, and project change initiatives.

Partner with business leaders to own P&L and balance sheet, deliver budgets/forecasts and monthly accounts, perform standard costing and variance analysis, present MI to senior leaders, improve FP&A and commercial decision-making, and visit manufacturing sites to understand operations.
