Leads the Finance function, business partnering, financial planning, reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and risk management. Partners with senior leaders to drive commercial decision-making and business performance. Manages and develops the Business Partnering team, strengthens succession planning, oversees month-end processes, and leads finance transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Operate manual and semi-automated machinery, hand tools, and mobile plant to manufacture concrete roof tiles. Move stock using forklift trucks, maintain high health and safety standards, and perform housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and general handyperson tasks. Work collaboratively across rotating shifts while supporting product quality and continuous process improvement.

Operate, set up, monitor, and optimize production machinery manufacturing decorative architectural masonry and concrete products. Perform machine checks, adjustments, changeovers, quality inspections, and production recordkeeping. Support safety, OEE, waste reduction, continuous improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and new-starter training while working with Engineering and Maintenance teams.

Lead a team of two maintenance engineers on rotating day and night shifts. Ensure continuous production by eliminating downtime through safe fault finding, planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and equipment troubleshooting. Maintain complex hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control systems while providing accurate plant condition information and recommendations. Responsibilities also include electrical fault finding, defect rectification, mechanical fitting, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Operate press, shot-blast and other plant equipment to produce concrete landscaping products within a shift-based team. Follow health and safety procedures, move stock with forklifts, use basic computer systems, and participate in training and development to progress within the grading structure.
