Job Purpose:
The Manufacturing Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved. This role provides frontline leadership, supports employee development, monitors workflow, and serves as a liaison between production employees and management.Job Responsibilities:
Lead oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives.Assign work, monitor employee performance, and provide direction to production staff.
Monitor workflow and address operational issues to minimize downtime and production delays.
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
Coordinate with shipping/receiving, maintenance, quality, and management teams to support operational goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Hourly range $25 - $26
Work Experience:
● 3-5 years of related job experience.● Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.Education:
● Associate/Bachelor's Degree PreferredAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and around moving equipment.
