Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Coordinator to support production order processing, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and order closure. In this role, you will work closely with production, purchasing, order entry, and quality to ensure orders are processed accurately from production through final closure and billing.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in inventory management, production scheduling, or order processing who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with production data and systems.

Your Responsibilities:
- Review completed work orders to ensure materials, supplies, cartons, cores, and other components are accurately accounted for before order closure.
- Verify order information and follow up on discrepancies to support accurate job costing and billing.
- Review inventory transactions and help reconcile inventory variances.
- Create, maintain, and update production schedules and release work orders as needed.
- Check material availability prior to releasing production orders and communicate shortages to the appropriate teams.
- Enter and maintain production, material movement, scrap, and other operational information within company systems.
- Work with production, order entry, purchasing, and quality to resolve material, inventory, and order discrepancies.
- Assist with production order processing and other Production Coordinator responsibilities as workload allows.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established production and order-processing procedures.
Your Shift:• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in production coordination, inventory management, scheduling, order processing, manufacturing administration, or a related environment.
- Experience working with inventory, production orders, scheduling, or material transactions.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to review information for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, instructions, and numerical data.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work across multiple departments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and manage changing priorities.
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
- Frequently required to move throughout the facility and production areas.
- Ability to coordinate physical materials and parts as needed.
- Regularly move up to 25 pounds through lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying.
We Would Also Prefer:
- Experience with Oracle ERP or another manufacturing ERP system.
- Experience with Oracle material transactions, inventory management, or production modules.
- Experience working with bills of materials (BOMs).
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
