SUMMARY: Kraft Sports + Entertainment is looking for a self-motivated, creative and forward-thinking individual to join the game presentation team to assist with the production of New England Revolution games, New England Patriots games and Gillette Stadium third party events. The position will be responsible for assisting in the on-field presentation, halftime programming, in-stadium digital content and sponsor integration among other elements. The position will report to the Director of Event Presentation.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1.  Support all operational components of producing various Kraft Sports + Entertainment live event productions
  2.  Serve as Utility assistant to the RF camera operator, as required
  3.  Serve as the Red Hat television coordinator, as required
  4.  Serve as Tagboard social media operator, as required
  5.  Serve as Field Coordinator helping to execute all game entertainment programming, as required
  6.  Special projects and assignments as business dictates
 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  •  Experience assisting with large, complex, live spectator events
  •  Experience with stadium control room, camera and audio equipment
  •  Experience with production techniques (lighting, camerawork, audio etc)
  •  Experience in sports media, preferably in live event production
  •  Easily adaptable to change and executing quick instruction
  •  Excellent verbal communication skills
  •  Strong overall knowledge of multiple sports
  •  Some experience in show production and/or technical operations is necessary
  •  At least 3 years of experience in game/event entertainment
  •  Ability to work well under pressure/time constraints
  •  Must be self-motivated, organized, and hard-working
  •  Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  •  Will periodically be required to lift and carry production equipment up to 30 pounds
  •  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands on the computer
  •  The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
  •  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  •  The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
  •  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
