Support live sports and stadium event production including on-field presentation, halftime programming, in-stadium digital content, sponsor integration, and assist RF camera, Red Hat television coordination, Tagboard social media operation, and field coordination as needed.

Manage year-round relationships with Club Members and Suite Holders, coordinate and execute VIP events and game day experiences, maintain CRM records and internal resources, support VIP initiatives and cross-functional event logistics, and train/mentor event staff to ensure premium service delivery.

Support tagging, tracking, reporting, and optimization of digital and social content across team and stadium properties. Create regular analytics reports, tag social posts, assist campaign tracking and sponsor fulfillment, evaluate KPIs for insights, and provide project management for marketing initiatives.

Support event operations and fan experience by greeting guests, assisting with event setup/breakdown, monitoring site operations, completing CMMS reports, and providing post‑event recaps and customer service.
