We are looking for product support specialists to provide exemplary customer service and software application support to customers with a wide variety of technical aptitudes. A positive attitude and good sense of humor are essential in this fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer support calls

Create and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and chat

Expand knowledge of our products and technical skills through training and practical experience

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Identify and understand customers’ objectives and outcomes

Contribute to the knowledge base by creating internal and customer-facing articles

Deliver exceptional customer service in all situations
Successful candidates will have access to extensive training on our applications and on-the-job training to further develop their skills. We foster an informal environment that encourages team camaraderie and relationship building.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of technical support experience in a product support environment
-
Experience with Windows Operating Systems (both Server and Client)

Experience installing and upgrading software
-
Medical billing office or insurance clearinghouse experience is helpful but not required

Strong customer-oriented focus with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Good technical aptitude for working with software

Internally driven with the ability to collaborate, adapt, and think analytically

Experience with medical billing software solutions is preferred but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hourly wage range $25.00 - $30.00. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
