As a Product Success Manager - Financial Reporting & GRC, you will drive product adoption and growth motions at Workiva. You will work directly with customers to enhance their experience and build successful reference accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams to monitor satisfaction, deliver programs, and act as a liaison for platform deployment. Based in our Growth Team, you will define success for our solutions in financial reporting and GRC.
What You'll Do
Review customer accounts and collaborate across internal teams to address platform needs and technical troubleshooting
Analyze customer renewal likelihood and help manage risks to mitigate churn
Interpret customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve them
Define new product insights and metrics that drive organizational decisions
Represent Customer Success within Product Development to ensure new features add customer value
Scale emerging solutions and challenge current operating methods to improve customer satisfaction
Partner with leadership to drive decisions impacting the product and customer experience
Align with global teams to ensure best-in-class product success processes
Enable Customer Success teams to deliver meaningful value to customers
Enable customers and internal teams on the benefits of new product releases
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, or Professional Services within a software organization, preferably SaaS
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience
Experience with financial reporting products or database systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial reporting and management reporting frameworks, internal control, or internal audit
Knowledge of connected data solutions and the Workiva platform of connected products/solutions
Proven track record with product enablement and measurable customer success
Highly data-driven and meticulously detailed with a commitment to drive customer engagement towards business outcome and value realization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinars
Ability to operate effectively in environments of constant change
Self-motivated and action-oriented approach with strong execution skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to interact with business partners at all levels of the organization
Travel Requirement & Working Conditions
Up to 10% travel for customer and internal events
