Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit by providing technical expertise and CAD-based design support for low-voltage electric motors. Each day, you will ensure that customer requirements are accurately translated into mechanical drawings and documentation, acting as a key interface between the local sales team and the manufacturing plant in Finland. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical documentation for distributors and supporting customization requests for motors across multiple industry segments.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Motors division in Italy. Main stakeholders are Local Sales Team, Manufacturing Plant in Finland, Distributors, and Customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Preparing and modifying mechanical drawings using AutoCAD to support sales activities.

  • Acting as a technical interface between the factory and local sales for customization and modifications of motors.

  • Preparing technical documentation for distributors and customers.

  • Providing technical support and guidance to the sales network regarding motor specifications.

  • Visiting customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

  • Supporting all industrial segments including Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Metals, and more.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are skilled in Cad and mechanical design principles.

  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in mechanical drawings and technical support for industrial products.

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in industrial or electromechanical sector).

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of low-voltage electric motors and customization processes.

  • You are passionate about teamwork, problem-solving, and customer orientation.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technician diploma.

  • You are at ease communicating in English (written and spoken)

Skills Required
