Job Title: Product Software Engineering Manager (m/f/d)


About the Role

As a Product Software Engineering Manager (m/f/d), you will lead and develop two software engineering teams responsible for building and evolving key capabilities of the Enablon platform, the market-leading SaaS solution for EHS, Risk and Sustainability management.

You will combine strong people leadership with technical and delivery excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA and DevOps teams, you will help shape the future of our products while supporting the growth and success of your engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop two software engineering teams, creating an inclusive and high-performing environment.
  • Drive the delivery of scalable, reliable and high-quality software solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects and other Engineering Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support engineers in their professional development through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback.
  • Foster Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure engineering excellence through code quality, testing automation, DevOps practices and modern software development standards.
  • Manage team capacity, delivery planning, priorities and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to technical and organizational decision-making while balancing product, customer and business needs.
  • Encourage innovation and adoption of modern technologies and engineering practices.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within a global and matrixed organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a product development environment.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills with a passion for developing talent.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale software products, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Good understanding of modern software engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-based architectures.
  • Experience working with APIs, automation frameworks and scalable software platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
