Design & Software Quality Engineer
Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of products with significant software components, from development through post‑market activities.
Your role:• In this role, you will directly influence the quality, reliability, and safety of products by ensuring that new designs and software changes fully meet regulatory and quality standards.
• You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (CFTs)—including Software Engineering, Test Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and other key stakeholders—to validate, verify, and smoothly transfer design and software changes into production.
• This position offers strong opportunities for technical and professional development, including exposure to global regulatory processes, participation in continuous improvement initiatives, leadership of risk‑management activities, and engagement with advanced software and hardware technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Engineering, or R&D Engineering, with hands‑on involvement in validation, verification, and regulatory processes.
Strong experience in software test routines and software skills (mandatory), plus expertise in statistical tools, Design for Quality (DFQ), RCA, CAPA, risk management, regulatory requirements, and data analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Software Engineering.
Advanced English
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
