The System Product Team is seeking an experienced technology professional for the role of Product Program Manager. Our team takes pride in building a wide range of products — Data center related products, Jetson devices, industrial PCs, robotics platforms, automotive, consumer electronics, GPU cards, and more. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of these key next-generation products.
What you'll be doing:
Lead technical program management efforts for a given product, aligning cross-functional teams throughout product ideation, hardware/software development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, deployment, and sustaining lifecycles.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, breakthroughs, dependencies, risks, and action items to help the team achieve, schedule and milestone targets; proactively call out obstacles and drive follow-through.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, working with matrixed partners across hardware, firmware, system software, networking, QA validation, product management, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
Adapt program plans and priorities as product requirements, technical dependencies, and business needs evolve in a fast-paced NPI environment.
Help establish and continuously improve internal processes, operating rhythms, and program-management methods based on the needs of the team.
Communicate concise product status, risks, decisions, and required actions to internal partners, including executive teams.
What we need to see:
BS degree or greater in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of relevant working experience.
Hands-on experience with hardware, firmware, and software product development, preferably in data center, networking, or software infrastructure environments, and exposure to New Product Introduction processes.
Strong project/program/product management fundamentals, including schedule, dependency, risk, and action-item management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, requirements, and schedules.
Collaborative and customer-focused working style, with the ability to support cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
Culture of continuous learning, adaptability, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
5+ years track record successfully delivering products and projects from concept through launch is a plus!
Working understanding of product development processes, including hardware design fundamentals and the interaction between hardware, firmware, and software.
Experience supporting NPI programs involving engineering builds, validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, product launch, or deployment of data center, networking, or software infrastructure solutions.
Master’s degree in an engineering or business field.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
