Product Portfolio Analyst I

What's the role?As a Product Portfolio Analyst I, you will support the planning, monitoring, and execution of internal programs and projects while contributing analytical insights that guide product and portfolio decisions. This is an entry‑level professional role offering hands‑on exposure to project coordination, portfolio performance analysis, and reporting.Your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supporting internal programs and projects from initiation through completion using established program and project management practices.
• Managing or assisting with program planning, resource coordination, procurement processes, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ensuring program outcomes align with expectations related to technical quality, reliability, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Monitoring program performance metrics and recommending adjustments where needed.
• Conducting portfolio analysis, including quantitative modeling, performance tracking, and generating feedback for Product and R&D stakeholders.
• Producing regular reports on portfolio performance and market trends, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Who are you?You are curious, analytical, and ready to grow your career in program coordination and portfolio analysis. You bring a foundational understanding of program and project management concepts and are eager to apply them in a dynamic environment. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.Your background includes:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Geography, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Conceptual understanding of program and project management theories, practices, and procedures.
• Familiarity with HERE portfolio management practices and AWS technologies.
• Demonstrated self‑leadership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of HERE’s portfolio and solutions; Geo‑specialist experience is a plus.
