Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to support the development and delivery of scalable digital products. The role involves working closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to translate business requirements into product features and ensure successful delivery through Agile development practices.

The Product Owner will help drive product initiatives by managing the product backlog, refining requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across enterprise platforms, cloud applications, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the definition and execution of the product roadmap aligned with business priorities.

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value features.

  • Work with business stakeholders to convert requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable product capabilities.

  • Participate in discussions around system design, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities.

  • Ensure alignment between product requirements, user experience, and technical feasibility.

  • Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, UX, and business teams.

  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

  • Track product performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Gather user feedback and market insights to enhance product capabilities and adoption.

Required Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or similar roles in enterprise or SaaS environments.

  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product development processes.

  • Ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements and user stories.

  • Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms) – mandatory

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Expertise Candidates should demonstrate working knowledge of modern software development practices including:

  • Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban

  • API-driven development and system integrations

  • Cloud-based application environments

  • Basic understanding of data-driven product development and analytics

  • Exposure to automation, AI-enabled features, or intelligent product capabilities

  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows

  • Experience working on Salesforce-based products, integrations, or platform capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with AI-enabled or data-driven product capabilities

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms or large-scale system integrations

  • Experience working with cross-functional or distributed product teams
