Project Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to join our Delivery department. The role will focus on driving digital transformation initiatives, managing product backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. This position is critical for enabling organizational growth and delivering high-impact solutions through effective product management strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive digital transformation projects by understanding user needs and market trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to build user-focused product features.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to effectively communicate product vision and updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Work closely with Agile teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Mandatory:Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong capabilities in change management and requirements gathering.
  • Effective presentation skills to communicate ideas and updates clearly.
  • Exceptional proficiency in product management and workshop facilitation.
  • Demonstrated market research acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills.
