Job Description:

The Product Owner Global at Southwest Airlines serves as the voice of the Customer and plays a pivotal role in shaping technology‑enabled products from concept through delivery. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Management, Business stakeholders, and cross‑functional Technology Teams to define priorities, translate vision into actionable backlog items, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful outcomes while maintaining technical integrity. As we continue to grow our Global Innovation Center (GIC) in Hyderabad, we’re hiring Product Owners across multiple Pods and initiatives—each offering the opportunity to drive clarity, influence direction, and bring high‑impact products to life in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
