This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring that numbering resources are efficiently allocated, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with customer and operational needs.
We are looking for very enthusiatic and creative Product owners to develop products in Numbering that meets the demand in the growing market.
What You'll Bring:
- Understand customer requirements, design solutions, provodie detail requirements to Engineering and writing user stories in JIRA.
- Closely work with Engineering during requirement and design phase.
- Work with QA and address any issues/questions during their daytime.
- Coordination with the Ops team for any support related items.
- Develop Business Requirements Use Case (BRUC) and Data Model (DM) documents to meet customer expectations.
- Ability to convey the requirements to documentation team to develop user, system admin and API guides.
- 10+ years experience in telecom production management and/or product development or product /business analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (STEM preferred)
Impact You'll Make:
Experience and strong understanding of telecommunications in US and Canada.
Working experience with the Numbering System.
Experience in product management or ownership, preferably in telecom or IT services.
Familiarity with telecom regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements such as FCC, ATIS, NANPA, CNA, etc..
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience in working with RESTful APIs
Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
