As a Product Owner Senior within PNC's Treasury Management Merchant Services organization, you will be based remotely.
As a Product Owner Senior, you will:
• Own the vision and definition of the analytical data solution for both PNC Merchant Solutions and PNC Merchant Services combining significantly different data sources and availability of information into a single source of truth for business analytics. These include both profitability and performance metrics as well as data used for compensation calculation.
• Serve as the voice of the (internal) Customer base. Supports analytical needs of both retail and commercial lines of business. Manages an intake process for requests and makes delivery transparent to their customers.
• Use mandated tools including Smart Sheets, Jira, Confluence, to maintain both a published roadmap (upstream management/long term planning), and a downstream roadmap (execution).
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value and the “asks” of internal customers. • • Define and convey the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value. Responsible for execution on-time based on commitments made to internal customers. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
• Create not only business requirements, but also technical requirements associated with database schema designs, (Oracle) and the tools to be used for accessing data within multiple interfaces. (Including Salesforce.) Some ability to execute within Pega and Edge desired.
• Accept delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Performs UAT testing to ensure delivered results align with communicated business value. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. - Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years industry-relevant experience
- Experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
- Backlog management, roadmap definition, prioritization based on business value
- Create business and technical requirements including database schema design (Oracle)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smart Sheets (Smartsheet)
- Experience integrating or working with Salesforce for data access
- Experience performing UAT and accepting delivery from Scrum teams
- Data visualization experience (preferred)
- Some ability to execute within Pega and Edge (preferred)
