Job Description:

Who We Are

Omnissa is shaping the future of End User Computing. Our innovative solutions, including Workspace ONE and Horizon, empower organizations to deliver seamless, secure digital workspaces. We’re proud to serve a broad base of numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as leading government institutions and agencies, helping them power secure, scalable digital work environments.

As a recently independent company backed by KKR, we’re in high-growth mode—scaling rapidly and building for the future.

About This Role

We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team in Atlanta, GA, to lead the development and management of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) capability, a critical component of Omnissa’s go-to-market strategy. In this hybrid role, you will work in-office 3 days a week, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Omnissa partners, and engineering teams to drive the success of our partner ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a key system that enhances our partnerships, while growing your career in a dynamic, high-growth organization at the forefront of enterprise technology.

What is the Opportunity?:

As the Product Owner for our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners’ success by deeply engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into actionable requirements for engineering teams. You will prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the PRM system evolves to meet the demands of our partners and aligns with Omnissa’s strategic goals. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams will be essential to delivering a robust, user-focused solution. Ideal candidates bring a curious mindset, an engineering background, and a passion for building impactful internal applications.

You will also be responsible for:

Engaging with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the PRM system, ensuring alignment with partner and business needs.

  • Translating stakeholder requirements into clear, prioritized user stories and technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to drive partner success and system efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of PRM system updates and features.
  • Communicating effectively with Omnissa partners to understand their needs and ensure the PRM system supports their success.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the PRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure the PRM system aligns with Omnissa’s go-to-market strategy.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, with a strong track record of delivering internal applications for Back Office or Front Office IT systems.
  • An engineering background is highly preferred, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to deeply engage with stakeholders to uncover key requirements.
  • Prior experience with Partner Relationship Management systems is a plus but not required; strong Product Owner/Management experience is essential.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA, with 3 days per week in-office.

Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

The typical base salary range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800.00 - $153,000.00 per year. This role may also be eligible for benefits and additional compensation, such as commission, bonuses, and equity.
