Responsibilities:

Lead and prioritize the team backlog by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure it is well-maintained.
Craft and align user stories, ensuring they're well-defined and aligned with the product strategy and clarifying any details as needed.
Define and commit to epics by establishing clear landing zones and ensuring timely delivery of team commitments.
Balance stakeholder perspectives by acting as the team's gatekeeper and considering various inputs.
Approve user stories by validating them against acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.
Set Sprint goals in collaboration with the team to define clear and achievable objectives.
Challenge and understand requirements by diving deep into customer pain points to grasp the "What" and "Why" behind them.
Ensure transparency by making progress on backlog items visible and conducting thorough reviews for each sprint iteration.
Based on your background, you can also implement tasks and support the team by monitoring your dashboards.
