BlackStone eIT, a renowned technology company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner Lead Chapter to join our team. As the Product Owner Lead Chapter, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of Product Owners and driving the success of our software products.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the Product Owner Chapter, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and effective product ownership practices across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, UX/UI designers, and business analysts, to define product vision and requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support
  • Define and implement best practices and standards for product ownership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
  • Work closely with development teams to define and communicate product requirements
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or product ownership
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile development environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to align and negotiate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiarity with product management tools and techniques
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software products
  • Passion for technology and innovation
