As a Head of Product you will drive product strategy, innovation and execution across our portfolio of ventures. You will lead and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers to ensure our ventures deliver exceptional user experiences, achieve product-market fit, and attain rapid growth. You need a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on product development expertise to drive team performance, optimize methodologies and processes, and foster an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership and team development

  • Team Building and Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product and design team.
  • Culture Fostering: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Performance Enablement: Act as a coach and enabler, providing teams with the tools, guidance, and support to maximize their performance.
  • Champion Company Values: Uphold and promote our company's values, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Resource Planning: Manage the allocation of product and design resources across ventures, optimizing team utilization and planning for future needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and venture teams to align product decisions with business priorities


Product Strategy and Execution

  • Strategic Vision: Define and drive the product strategy and vision narrative; maintain a product development playbook adaptable to various ventures.
  • Product Oversight: Oversee product development, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Innovation and Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, encouraging product innovation through customer insights, experimentation, and market research.

Operational Excellence

  • Process Improvement: Optimize methodology and refine development processes to ensure consistent and efficient product delivery across ventures.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in all operating markets.

Your Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products, ideally in a venture studio or startup environment.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, with experience in agile development and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling products across multiple industries or verticals.
  • Deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to take risks and experiment to drive product success.
