We have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.You will be responsible for promoting products or group of products to a variety of customers including Hospitals, Infection control, ICUs, and relevant decision makers in hospitals.Other Key Responsibilities :-Works strategically to increase the awareness and build the demand of the company products and to ensure efficient and continuous product support on the market and in different institutions.Ability to train end users and customers on home care products.Achieves sales targets in the designated territory.Maintains accurate coverage of designated territoryBuilds sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different partners.Develops and improves the contact network with KOLsEnsure customer satisfaction. Manage expectations and Improve / expand market penetration and adoption.Conducts customer segmentation to ensure target customers are approached with the optimal tools and frequency and provided with outstanding customer service.Maintains the customer database up to date to ensure full understanding of customer needs to be able to timely fulfil them.Conducts ongoing market analysis including Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence.Helps in organizing promotional and educational group meetings, symposia and conferences for doctors and other medical staff, Nurses.About You :-Primary degree in Pharmaceutical, nursing.Previous experience in infection control & Urology & Rehabilitation centers & Home care portfolio is a plus.More than 3 years' experience in sales roleLanguage Proficiency in English & ArabicStrong customer focus in order to offer the highest level of service.Ability to negotiate, solve problems and make effective decisionsPhenomenal Team mateSuccessful record in launching new productsWhy join us?A career at BD means that you are part of a team that values your opinions and contributions and that empowers you to bring your authentic self to work.
