Purpose of Role/Summary: 

The Product Owner at INGOT is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and development to delivery and optimization. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying Agile practices, this role ensures products meet business goals, user needs, and regulatory standards while driving innovation and impact in the Forex and FinTech space.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: 

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our product, from ideation through development to delivery and optimization
• Define, refine, and prioritize product features and roadmap based on business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Tech, Compliance) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business strategy
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure all features and updates adhere to financial regulations and KYC/AML compliance within the forex trading landscape
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback and continuously iterate to improve KPIs
• Any other duties required by the role

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner

• Experience in the Forex or broader FinTech industry is a plus

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification preferred 

• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus
