Guesty is seeking an excellent and dynamic Product Operations manager to help us continue building and delivering the best product to Guesty’s clients at scale.

You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and carry out cross-organizational initiatives, involving multiple teams across the organization. You’ll be a member of our Product and R&D Ops team and serve as a key link between product managers, designers, dev team leads, customer success, support, on-boarding and sales.

PLEASE NOTE: It's a temporary role for 9 months of maternity leave cover.


Responsibilities
  • Managing and orchestrating Guesty’s Product Education and the Guesty Customer Voice squads
  • Help prepare materials for strategic planning and executive reviews; Support Product team during planning season so assure accuracy, compliance and a consistent standard of inputs
  • Create and maintain templates, workflows, and frameworks for product planning
  • Streamline cross-functional collaboration by standardizing meeting cadences, decision-making processes, and documentation practices
  • Build and improve existing dashboards and reports to track product performance, customer feedback, and usage patterns (hands on data analysis) to support prioritization
  • Analyze trends to inform strategic planning and product roadmaps
  • Organize and facilitate forums for alignment, such as product reviews, all-hands meetings, and cross-team syncs and facilitate product training sessions, ensuring that information flows efficiently, avoiding silos
  • Manage organizational product knowledge base/microsite with latest artifacts
  • Keep product related onboarding decks and training materials up to date
  • Initiate, manage and facilitate ‘voice of the customer’ deep dives
  • Own day to day operations around our in-app comms tool, covering key use cases such as cross sell, embedded marketing, discoverability of new features, user surveys metrics and measurement, segmentation and end to end journeys
  • Ensure that roadmaps and product plans are communicated effectively across the organization. Own the product calendar and timelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships and quality of work for product enablement suppliers

You are a good fit for this role if you are a problem solver with excellent analytical skills, self and quick learner, highly motivated and very organized and methodological.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of Product Operations / Project Management experience in a tech software company operating in a fast paced agile scrum environment (B2B SaaS or B2C).
  • Experience orchestrating product planning cycles in large tech organizations.
  • Solid analytical skills - A must; Proficiency with data analytical tools / writing queries - A plus
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick and self-learner, self-organized.
  • JIRA proficiency. 
  • Excellent leadership and personal skills
  • Very high verbal and written English - A must; Hebrew - A plus
