Competencies
- Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.).
- Familiarity with data formatting and transformation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python scripts, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repeatable processes with consistency.
- Ability to stay organized and triage multiple priorities and maintain focus on tasks from start to finish.
- Skilled at working backward efficiently from key timelines since most processes have an SLA of 24 hours.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations to resolve complex problems.
- Prior experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Data formatting and transformation — Review and format large volumes of data. Format data precisely according to established specifications or templates.
- Execute automated scripts and tools used in the data processing pipeline.
- Conduct thorough QA of outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll concepts is a plus
