Main Responsibilities :
- Ensures follow-up of customer pre-studies in the proposal of battery cells technical solutions meeting specifications, in cross-functional coordination with product development teams.
- Ensures technical conformity of RFI / RFQ proposal up to nomination
- Keeps a constant watch on Li-ion chemistries technical and technological developments in the market
- Conducts battery cells benchmark studies of the competition, including cell tear downs
- Liaise directly with customers' technical departments to carry out cell level technical pre-studies in line with requirements.
- Ensures product plan planning and its integration into the company's industrial plan.
Prerequisites :
- Minimum 5-year engineering degree
- Comfortable with customer interactions and specifications management
- Very good knowledge of products, customer types, markets and sales networks
- In-depth knowledge of Lithium-ion battery product technologies
- At least 10 years' experience with Li-ion batteries (including PhD if any)
- Advanced English required as main working language, advanced French is a plus.
