What we expect from you
As the Sr. Outbound Marketing Manager, and reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our company's outbound marketing efforts, responsible for shaping, executing, and optimizing outbound lead generation strategies. Your expertise will ensure that our outbound team consistently meets key metrics while building scalable systems for continued growth. We seek someone who thrives in strategy development, lead generation, and outbound prospecting and who can take ownership of demand generation through outbound channels.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound Strategy Development & Execution: Take full ownership of outbound sales strategies, from lead generation to outreach processes, ensuring they align with the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • KPI and Metric Management: Drive the team to meet and exceed key metrics such as outbound lead generation, response rates, and conversion rates. Regularly assess performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
  • Lead and Demand Generation Innovation: Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance lead generation and demand through automated outbound efforts. This includes prospecting new channels, building targeted outreach campaigns, building automated systems, AB testing, and refining messaging tactics.
  • System and Process Building: Establish and maintain scalable systems and processes that support automated outbound activities, including process management, automation tools, and workflow optimization.
  • Data-driven Decision-making: Leverage data analytics and insights to monitor the performance of campaigns, track lead progress through the funnel, and identify areas for optimization. Regularly report on the effectiveness of outbound efforts.
  • Team Leadership and Coaching: Mentor a team of outbound marketers and SDRs, providing training, support, and strategic direction to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Budget and Resource Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the budget for outbound sales initiatives, ensuring the best allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed on outbound industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine outbound strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of outbound efforts with other demand-generation activities, ensuring alignment in messaging and targeting.

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in leading outbound lead generation and managing outbound teams, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Highly skilled in building and scaling outbound systems and workflow, with a proven track record of delivering successful automated strategies.
  • You are tech-savy, understanding of edge cases, Python scripts, APIs, a plus
  • You possess a strong data-driven mindset and can analyze outbound performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • You are innovative, proactive, and constantly seeking new ways to scale demand. 
  • You demonstrate exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and coaching sales teams.
  • You are fluent in English, with experience working in a US-based market.
